Sir i have applied for CHILD NAME ENTRY IN BIRTH CERTIFICATE on 21-02 at RETHIBOWLI E- SEVA centre, Transaction No. RBL005459857, till today 16-04 i have not received the BIRTH CERTIFICATE, the staff at e - seva centre are not talking properly, sir i have to submit the certificate for admission of my child in school
