Passport not received

I Smt. Prem lata yadav and my husband pooranchand yadav applied for passport at Jaipur on 29-12 and deposited Rs. 1000 each. I tried so many for my passport status but due to tidious and harrashment procedure i could not find enquiry about my pass port whenever my husband passport received before two months. kindly help me to receive my pass port
