Passport not received

Dear sir,

I have applied for passport on 4.9.2009 file no. F 027411 Key no.7002741109 Group F but till date I have not received my passport. On checking ststus on your website the remark is " Police verification has been waived & appliction is underway. Iam a govt servent and this my third passport for renewal. Undue delayb is not justified.
