i am a comman lady i am unaware of the procedure of the court and language using before respectable court so kndly give me excuse if have any mistake
I have sumitted a medical bill of the opration of my husband in ESIC, Subhash Nagar Br., Bhopal, M P on Sep. 2007. Till date we have not get the reimbursement from ESIC.For that we doing follow up from last one and half year in both bhopal Br.office and in the last month we send mail to Indore Regional office also. But their reponse is entirely different. As per Bhopal Br. they send the bill for payment to Indore office but inodre office says they have not get the bill from bhopal. mail transaction is bellow for your kind consideration

I have submitted a Medical claim bill in the month of Sept. 2007
at ESIC office, subhash nagar, bhopal (M.P). I follow up to get the payment so many times in the same office and also submitted letters also for the reimbursement of the same bill. But till today we haven't get the same and they giving reply that they have not get any reply from ESIC Indore office. so you are requested to do the needful for receiving the same.
I have taken loan to the treatment of my husband on interest basis.
I can repay the amount only after getting this amount from ESIC. so pls
look into the matter and do the needful
