Express IT Courier
Not deliver of documents

Dear Sir,

my name is MAHESH MANOHAR SINGH . i applied for new PAN CARD our pan card make by NSDL. NSDL send our pan card our resident address by EXPRESS IT courier POD NO.20072227733 on 2/11.but this courier company is not delivered our PAN CARD on our resident address. courier company return our PAN CARD to NSDL . his return report is address not complete/door lock .but his delivery boy is not coming our address and not call me.
