A courier which had been sent from HSBC Bank to me which docket no.is 20033769066 did not reach to me yet on their web site they updated that the same has been recieved on 7th of july by a person name "SECURITY" and after asking about that they are unable to tell that to whome they have given the courier and after so many follow ups still i didn't get my courier which is so much important document.
Who will take the resposibility if any important document will not reach to a proper address and the company's employees are toleratig to talk regarding this and not sending me at my address.
