THIS IS AN STATE GOVERNMENT ORGANISATION CHENNAI. DURING SEPTEMBER 4 NOS L.G A/CS WERE PURCHASED AND INSTALLED FROM RATNA COOLS. 2 TON A/C IS AMONG THEM AND OTHERS ARE 1.5 TON. FREQUENT FAULTS WERE NOTICED AND COMPLAINTS MADE THEN AND THERE AND GREAT DIFFICULTIES THE FAULTS WEREATTENDED. AGAIN THE 2 TON A/C WAS IN FAULT BY NOT IN COOLING EFFECT THE COMPLAINT WAS MADE ON 13.07.2011 VIDE THE COMPLAINT NORNA 110711040162. AFTER 2 DAYS ie., 15.07.2011 ONE PERSON CAME AND TOLD CONDENSOR WAS FAILED AND THE SAME WOULD BE REPLACED BY SOME OTHER SERVICEMAN. NO BODY WAS CAME TILL 26.07.2011. IN THE MEAN TIME SOMANY CALLS WERE MADE AND ALERTED. BUT NO RESPONSE. AGAIN ON 27.07.2011 WHILE TELEPHONED TO THE COMPLAINTS (044 25953001) THE EXISTING COMPLAITS WAS CLOSED AND ASKED TO GIVE NEW COMPLAINTS. ACCORDINGLY ANOTHER COPLAINT WAS LODGED VIDE RNA 110727064109 ON THE SAME DAY.ON 28.07.2011 ONE PERSON CAME AND VERIFIED SIMPLY LEFT THE PLACE. AGAIN WE TELEPHONED THE SERVICE NO (044 25953001) AND THEY GAVE ONE MOBILE NO 8939977788 AND WHILE THE SAME WAS CALLED THE PERSON IN OTHER SIDE WAS TOLD THAT THE OUTER MACHINE WOULD BE SHIFTED TO FACTORY FOR RECTIFICATION. BUT TILL DATE NOBODY TURNED UP AND NO RESPONSE FROM YOUR SERVICE CENTER. IN MEAN TIMESO MANY CALLS WERE MADE TO THE COMPLAINTS CENTER, SERVICE CENTER AND CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER. BUT STILL NO RESPONSE FROM THE L.G SERVICE CENTER. THIS IS THE RESPONSIBILITY IS GIVEN TO THE CUSTOMERS FROM L.G SERVICE CENTER?
