Express zone couriers
Courier not delivered

Dear Sir,

One courier sent by ICICI bank through Exprees Zone couriers AWB No.: 12342343065 has not been received by me. Courier service more than 10 days answered me that I would receive on that day, the day I called them. Finally, Now they declared that it has been delivered.

Now what should I do?
