Non-receipt of Registerd Air parcel

We have instructed our Staff to send a tender document to HTAS, Denmark via speed post on 30-01. But the Post Office Authorities at Eloor, Udyogamandal Post office informed that no speed post facilities are availabe to Denmark and the document was forwarded as Registerd Air mail Parcel. The reference number was AIR-RL A RR759267731 IN . M/s. HTAS had informed that the document was not yet reached there and requested us to furnish the details for tracking the same. I would like to know whether it is possible to track the material. Please inform.
