Delay in transfer of PLI Policies from UP Circle to Karnataka Circle

Since my place of posting has been changed from Mathura (UP) to Bangalore (Karnataka) I have submitted for transfer of 02 PLI Policies bearing No. AP-95162-CC & No. AP-AEA-93064 from UP Circle to Karnataka Circle vide my application dated 28.07.2009 & Reminder dated 25.01.2010 through Post Office, Antariksh Bhawan, New BEL Road, Bangalore. Till date my policies have not been transferred. Request to transfer the above policies at the earliest.
