Family Ration card
Family Ration card Cancellation even after verification

Dear sir,

I have been using my family card for last 5 years and getting things till august

month

when I approach this SEPTEMBER month in local TNCSC shop, I found my card has been cancelled as it is in fake list.

For you kind information my family card has already verified by government

officer in my present with signature

When i approch Villivakkam Regional office chennai, they said to apply new family card. kindly guide me how to include in the list?

Because i did not get correct responds from Villivakkam Gegional office
