Ref: Defective delivery of courier packet – Reliability of your brand in question

I had sent a shirt, a Trouser and a 100 gm packet of special processed peas in a courier consignment no. W16899590 on 31.05.2011. Your staff promised delivery on 02.06.2011 but it was delivered on 03.06.2011 in torn condition with packet of peas was missing.

Please advise the reasons why the part of contents went missing. The cost of peas was Rs.100 only but the sentimental value was Rs.1 lakh as it was brought from Singapore by me as his birthday gift for my son who liked it most.

Please treat this as urgent as your reliability is under question Early reply is expected before I proceed to consumer court.
