I booked a courier via first flight couriers ltd. from indirapuram, GZb to Lalkuan, Uttaranchal. while the consignment no is. D01334572. after 5 days when courier didnt reached to the destination then i enquired about it, later on they told me that nearly 400 packets of same destination had been misplaced. and they are looking in.
How could the courier agencies be so irresponsible, while the packed contained some of my original documents. Now the company have no clue and no answer to the customers.
