Hi,
This complaint is regarding a website http://www.florapassionindia.com/ whose contact details I got from Just Dial (022-28888888). A guy name Amit whose contact details are 9920457846/9594863100 whom I gave order of Flowers, cake and a Teddy Bear and he was suppose to deliver it by 12 midnight yesterday for that I've given all the details and he committed that he will send all the gifts by 11.45 to the given address and will collect the money from me. 10pm I called him and he gave me his delivery boy's number but both the numbers were wrong. I was calling him continuously till 12.30am but he didn't ans my calls. My whole plan was spoiled and felt so cheated.
Please take necessary action so that others can't face this again.
