Dear Sir,
I hail from Orissa and work in Banglore and stay in Bellandur location. A packet of wedding card which my brother had sent to me to be distributed to my friends and collegues in banglore with consignment no - 34065776 about 4 days back. While tracking and contacting with the Banglore office I was told that it has been returned back since they don't have a branch near to my location (ie, Bellandur in banglore). But, ideally they should have contacted me so that, i could have collected the packet or they could have sent it to the nearest branch in Banglore. In Banglore itself they have numerous branches and they could have approached in better way instead of sending the packet back. The marriage date is very near and the time lost in this hassle is very crucial - who is going to pay it back?
Expecting a fair action against such costly negligence from Flyking.
