I have submitted my fresh form for new Ration card on 13/2 wide application ID-3120105739, in the name of RAMESH KUMAR RAY S/O JAG MOHAN RAY.

Till date department not be able to make my ration card.

Kindly some body ask where shuld I go for complaint.
