Application for ration card

Respected sir/madam,

I'm Kubendran. M from Suriyanoor, Mallikundam 636458. I had given the application to the civil supplies office ie but it was not received by them because they wanted the deletion from our old ration card.but we are unable to get that since we got love marraige. Behalf of that i can't gas connection also, it's very important for me since i'm having a girl child.please consider my request and guide what should i do? hereby we having bank account as address proof, we are get Voter card also.
