RATION CARD
How to get new Ration card

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Velu from Hosur (Krishnagiri Dt, Tamilnadu), I want to apply for a separate Ration card to my family (Me & My Wife) my name is available in my family ration card and her name is available in her family ration Card. We need to delete the names in those cards and we need to get a new ration card. Can any one assist me in this regards? I can submit all proof if required.
