Dear Sir / Madam,
My father has send some documents through Franch Express Courier Service from Trivandrum to Chennai (Chetpet) on 4th Dec'10. The Consigment no is A15796546 /dt:04-12-10. According to my knowledge the courier has reached chennai on 6th Dec'10. And today's date is 9th Dec'10, but still they didn't delivered the courier to me. I try to contact with Franch Express Customer Care (044 -43972900) and also the branch office (044 -42173778) from 7th Dec'10 onwards. But their respons was very poor and they keeping on waiting me upto 6 pm everyday (ie, 7th & 8th Dec'10) saying that it will get delivered within 10 to 15 minutes. And One of the branch office person (044 -42173778) shouted to me while I am enquring about the courier details.
Kindly take this complaint into your sight and do the needful in the matter immediately. Still I am waiting for the courier to get delived.
