The company charged extra money for the coupons delivery but did not send the coupons

I recharged my cell from freecharge.in of amount rs.150 and ordered 3 coupons of mcdonalds of denomination rs.50.the mcdonals coupon of offer which is valid till 31st july.

i did not recieve my delivery till now and the delivery time period of 7 days are over.for the coupons i paid rs.10 extra.
