PF check Got bounced

Hi,

I have applied for my PF before 1 year and finally got the Check from the PF department yesterday but the check got bounced by the bank due to insufficient funds.

I was issued two checks to my citibank account, they have returned it to the base branch which is State bank of India, they have stopped it saying insufficient funds. I really dont understand how this can happen, what should i do further and how can i get my PF amount at the earliest.

Please help me
