I have courierd a envolep on dated 14 march from gorakhpur to gurgaon after few days when my courier was not delievered to the destination i visited to firstflight office on 17 march they that your courier has been reached to gurgaon office due to rail problem it was little late by evening it will delieverd to the destination. but my courier stiil not reached i again visited to the firstflight office for asking about the same they are saying due to insufficient address your courier was not delievered so come in the evening and collect the same.
