Non Delivery of product and irresponsible behaviour of employee

Sir,

GATI had to deliver my parcel with Docket No : 371057719 by 1st August and I have been waiting since last 2 days without any proper answer from the officials. They have been giving me Haphazard timing of delivery but in vain. Irrespective of my various calls for query they are neither answering with certainty nor behaving properly.
