I had taken up gati courier service for delivery of my luggage from mumbai to himachal pardesh on 10th may of approx 9600rs..home delivery of my luggage..which was due to receive on 18th may ..and is still pending to be delivered by various reasons.
1. They say the pincode was wrongly mentioned (which is fake)
2. Money was paid only till pathankot area (we were assured door to door delivery)
3.They say money is paid to deliver till home but the extra charge has come up due to holding it there for a month.
4.Yesterday they said the luggage has moved out for dispatch and morning they come back and say there is something pending.
It is clear case of cheating the customer... and we have gone mad tracking the luggage for over a month.. they should pay the penalty for the same it is our important luggage which is even insured..
