Passport not received as per timing

Dear Sir,

Before 3 months i have applied for my passport and police verification is also done form my home but whenever we are checking online confirmation status then it's showing "police verification has not received till now".

Please find the file details and provide the passport status that why it's showing the same thing for the last two months?
