Gem Gas service has a very poor service. My consumer no. is 10997. I booked for gas cylinder refilling, and even after 17 days still I am waiting for delivery. There phone lines are unreachable. when you go personally, they treat rudely and give a false statement that there was nobody at home and the delivery boy was unable to deliver the gas cylinder. This is a routine for more than one year. Every time you have to take leave from office and receive the gas personally.
Again. they count 21 days for next booking from the date of delivery, which you can see in the recent case is increased upto 1 days from my previous booking. they not receive any complaint, not provide complaint book
