This is Gaganbedi Mishra, residing at D-406, Sangath-IV, Near Motera Stadium, Sabarmati, Ahmedabad - 380005. Gujarat.
I had bought a Blue Sapphire Gem Stone of 7.4 Carat & its price was Rs. 3500.00 per Carat (Total Cost was Rs. 25, 900) from Ashish Jewellers, Manek Chowk, Laldarwaja, Ahmedabad - 380 001. Gujarat.
I had given Blue Sapphire Gem Stone to Mahavir Jewellers, Ramnagar, Sabarmati, Ahmedabad - 380005. Gujarat, for making silver ring with specific design.
First, he consult my given design with his Goldsmith (karigar) after that he confirm me that your specific given design will be made, so I handover my Blue Sapphire Gem Stone to Mahavir Jewellers on 05/08 (Wednesday) for making the ring at his special making rate of Rs. 165.00 per gram (approximately Total Cost will be Rs. 2000.00).
Secondly, he assures me that you will receive your ring between 11/08 to 13/08, but he failed. On 17/08, he handed over my ring to me on 19:30 Hrs with different design & with damaged in my Blue Sapphire Gem Stone too.
After failing in his all commitments:
1. Ring was not made in my specific given design.
2. Ring was not delivered in time.
3. Damaged in my Blue Sapphire Gem Stone.
He was not even ready to think that customer is suffering & not even he feels shame about ring was not made in my specific given design, ring was not delivered in time, damaged in my Blue Sapphire Gem Stone & at last asking for the making charges. Rs. 2100.00 he charged from me.
All the matter I had written to you, what appropriate action can we take on him so that other customer can never be harassed by him.
