This is with regards to my case (Id 780081 & 851926).
I registered as client on 27 dec for UK tier1 visa and paid approx Rs 72, 800/- as fee.
My file was closed as the Eligibility for UK tier1 visa changed, as a consultant Globalvisa were aware that I may not be able to apply for visa, still I was communicated that we are listed with UK embassy and if your name has been already sent in the list, so even if criteria change you will get a HSMP visa. But it did not happened.
Then I was recommended to apply for Australia PR, but after several follow ups there were no action taken on the case. I am following up with Globalvisas on mails and telephone, but Swetabh is not responding. I have dropped several mails to swethabh for my case status and then i raised a request for refund also on [email protected] on 8 Sep 2009.
I have not got any response. The no of GlobalVisas is 011 46565555. How do i proceed to get my money back through consumer comaplaint
