GMS COURIER SERVICES
Consignment not yet reached to chennai

Espected sir/Madam,

I had sent a courier on the 24th of April to Chennai through the GMS courier services and they claim that they have not found the address after searching for 2 days and they also say the telephone number was not provided to them. The address and the telephone number was provided in the slip which they provided to me and they also have a copy of it. They respond so irresponsibly. The courier service staff are very inefficient and they are not ready to refund my amount back. kindly look in to this issue.
