Unneeded deduction of electricity

I want to tell that i live at soron near kasganj in kanshiramnagar district. Here we are seeing for many days that here electricity is becoming a very big problem here is only 2 or 3 hours electricity but in written here time for it is from morning 7am to 7 pm.
