Passport application along with the fee of Rs.1, 000/- and other enclosures (Application Registration No. BOMI04190710SA1031, dt.10.02.10) of my son Syed Abuthahir was sent and received by the RPO, Mumbai on 10.03.10. Acknowlegement was also received. File No. was not furnished. On 23.04.10 it was informed that the application was lost.
