I have applied for re-issuance of my passport 1.5 months back but still my application status is showing in process.

I need to travel abroad on 3rd January. We are trying to contact the passport office but no one is picking up the phone or responding to emails.

Please let me know where my application is getting stuck.

It will be a huge monetary loss for me if i didnt recieve my passport before 30th december.
