My husband has applied for passport renewal.during address verification the passport office has stated that there is mismatch in the Ration card number with that of the database provided to them.our ration card no. has been wrongly given to someother person. The no. in our ration card refers to another person.and this mismatch has been done in the government office .we were unaware of this issue.it was brought to our notice only now .hope this is not the blunder made by us.my husband is in urgent need of passport.we approached the concerned officers regarding this, but all in vain.
i kindly request you to look into this matter and do the needfull for us.
