Delay in Passport Delivery

Hi,

I had filed a passport application (File Reference No: GZB-A037785-11) in the name of my mother "ALKA GUPTA".

The application was filed on 30th June.

The Police verification has also taken place but the status for this application is still shown as "Police Report has not been received."

It has been more than 4 months now but we have not yet received the passport.

I also tried calling up at the contact numbers of passport office and also did drop a mail to them - but to no avail.

I request you to please get it resolved at the earliest.
