Want to Block the ATM Card

Dear Sir,

My Father is having a Salary Account in Syndicate bank, Shahdara branch, but the atm card was hang in the atm machine of Yes Bank of Vishwavidhyala Metro Station.

He just wanna to Block that Atm card.
