80 Days passed but PF amount is not received

Respected Sir/ Madam,

Its kind request to kindly arrange my PF money.

I had submitted all the documents at the provident Fund Commissioner office, Plot No: 43, Bhavishya Nidhi Bhawan, Institutional Area Sec-44, Gurgaon, Haryana, for the refund of my PF money, My PF Account Number is HR9989/694, and company is M/S Lumax Industries Limited, Plot No: 6, Industrial Area, Dharuhera, District: Rewari 122106, Haryana, But till date I had not received my PF money in my Account: 035801512465 (ICICI Bank Manesar, inside Raheja Square Haryana-122050) and its almost more than 80 days. Sir, I am waiting for your reply on below mentioned details:
