Cylinder not delivered for almost a month & sold to someone else at extra cost

Hi,

I had booked a gas cylinder on 22/02 which ideally should have been deliver in 3 days or max a week. It is almost a month now that the cylinder has not come. When i went to the Indane office personally a week back, it was told to me that the cylinder will be delivered in a day or two. Upon calling the delivery boy, he said that it was sold to someone else at an extra cost in black, however, he will be delivering the cylinder to us in half an hour. After that i am trying to call him & no one is responding. There is no other way, not even a phone number to call someone & check on the status. Pathetic service & response from Indane. Totally irresponsible. Shame on it being an government organization. I am not sure as to how much it is going to help lodging a complaint here as this again is dependent on the government to resolve. Hope you do not prove me right again. My consumer number for Indane gas is 15227.
