Not issue passport

I have applied passport Mr. Harkirat singh having ref. no. W291405, but regret to say i have still not received the same On going through website the message is displayed it is regretted that passport is not sent due to inevitable circumstances but it will be dispatched in this week. This message is displayed more than 2 month but still not received. Police verification & all formalities are completed at our end.

Please look in the matter on priority. please help me i want passport very urgently...
