Not allowed to sit in Bus for Ganaur Stop

Hi,

I am travelling Delhi ISBT kashmere gate to Ganaur Daily. But most of the time all Bus conductor dening to enter in bus & providing the reason, there is no stop at Ganaur for this bus.

Can you help me out for that.
