Missing of Parcel

An express parcel weighing 114gm (Hajipur Head Post Office Transaction no. EPP-REF-085549643 IN dated 11/12) was dispatched by my father from Hajipur Head Post Office (844101) on 11/12 on my residential address as follows:-

Even when more than 15 days have lapsed, I have not received my parcel to date. When I enquired with the postal authorities at Head Post Office, Allahabad, I was told that the parcel in question had already been delivered on 15/12 itself causing much agony & shock to me. Since I have not yet recieved the parcel, I fear the parcel has been either delivered to a wrong addresse or has been missed by the postal authorities in transit, which throws bad light on the delivery system of postal department concerned. I appeal through this platform to do the need ful to put an end to my plight. I do'nt know what to do or where to go when govt. agencies function in such casual and iresponsible manner.
