I have applied Passport for my son, on 18-Feb.

The passport has not been dispatched yet. No intimation sent to my correspondence saying why they are unable to deliver the Passport.

When I checked the status of my son's passport online, 2 months ago it showed 'We are unable to deliver the passport due to some reasons, we will deliver it in one or 2 weeks'.

From past one month even the above information is not displaying.

I have sent many emails, Fax to RPO, Hyderabad, they did not reply to any of my emails.

It's exact 6 months, since I applied.

In India the Govt Organizations services are always worst! unlike other countries. If we talk about the PASSPORT Authority, Hyderabad (I don't know about the other states, but I can imagine the same with the other states too) that is a SHIT, please read email (I had applied for passport for my son 6 months ago, since then not delivered and information sent).

And their web site: Ha ha ha ha ha, being an central Govt organisation, they are maintaining hell web service.

1. I tried to enquire the status online for the applied Passport, it was displayed like 'We are unable to despatched the passport due to some reasons, we will deliver it in one or 2 weeks'.

Please observe the word 'despatch', how they spelt (Can any one show me that word in the dictionary?)

2. They gave a link 'GRIEVANCE:' on the enquiry page, When you try to send email, using any email service provider, that bounces back (failure delivery). Ha ha ha ha ha

3. They gave RPO's email to contact on 'Contact Us' page, I sent 6 emails in last 3 months, they never replied back, finding a solution to my query.

4. They have Fax, that never work, I tried hell lot of times, I heard ENGAGE tone 24 Hrs. Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha

5. As it is months since applied for the passport, they haven't delivered. So, my wife contacted one person in the Passport office, through her friend. Just, we contacted him to know whats happening, he is demanding Rs. 10, 000 to deliver the passport. See that fellow how dare to ask the money to deliver my passport?

If I continue... telling about this SHIT Passport Authority, this website's server space will not be enough... ha ha ha.

Please all of you who are facing issues with this SHIT, let us form a union to take necessary action, and put full stop to their poor services.
