Untolerable behaviour and wrong information

I've gas connection at hitesh gas service, sidhi pura, delhi. the behaviour of their employees is not tolerable.

when i booked my gas, then they told me that the gas is booked and the booking number is 8100 on 24th feb, 10, but the connection is not booked till now.

any action should be taken by the higher authorities, so that the consumer'll satisfy.
