NEW PASSPORT APPLIED NOT RECEIVED

Dear Sir, Madam,

I have applied for passport 3month back with mumbai pasport office along with the application for my wife.

My application referance is BM-Z-964418 under the name HITESH ISHWERLAL MISTRY &

Under 2nd application referance no-BM-Z-964419 under the name of PRITI HITESH MISTRY.

Sir after checking with the passport office web site the sttus is showing application is under process and for my wife application it is showing police report not received.

I would like to inform you that after checkign with my local police station at Malad (W), i understood from the officer that the application has been forwarded to the concern department.

Now i am in need of passport and it is almost more then 3 months has passed and no feedback or reply from the passport office for the above 2 application.

can you please takeupthis matter with the authority and help me.
