Earthing of streetlights

I have complained on 8th june on ph. No. 23433305 to apseb authorities, asmangadh, malakpet about earthing (shocks) occurs to our entrance gate occasionally, perhaps due to electric pole near the gate and requested to rectify the same (complaint No. 456). Streetlights infront and backside of our quarter is irregularly switching on & off. The concerned has responded positively. But so far no one has turned up for rectification. As this is emergency matter, I request the concerned authorities to give top priority to get rectify the same. After enqurity with APSCB., they informed that they have complained to Municipal authorities and given Ph. No. as 1100. Please do the needful. Our Address: B.
