Torurturing the consumers of malkajgiri muncipality

Sir/ Madam,

I am a resident of Malkajgiri municipality, The water supply has been transferred to HMWS&SB, all the consumers have been paid the bills upto march to the malkajgiri muncipality, inspite of paying the bills regularly as the details of the payment was not handed from muncipality to HMWS&SB, the consumers are asked to give affidavit on Rs. 10/- non judicial stamp paper with details of the bill paid to the muncipality. As the problem is with muncipality not maintaining proper details. the official responsible should be punsihed not the consumers, who pay the bill regularly, every one (around 10000consumers) has to shell around Rs.200/- and one day leave to make and give affidavit inspite of having original bills paid to the Malkajgiri muncipality. I request not to trouble the consumers for the non co-operation between Malkajgiri muncipality and HMWS&SB
