Cutting of tree

I am a resident of G 28 Saket, New Delhi. Behind the back boundry wall of my courtyard there is a big tree which has spread over the courtyard and room. It obstructs sunshine and is a nuiscance as the leaves and insects keep falling in my backyard. There are chances that the tree may also fall over my house in case of a storm.

I request you to kindly remove this tree in my backyard or I should be given permission to remove it myself as it is a a nuiscance and disturbs the peace of my retired life also being a threat to my life and security of my house.
