Delay in issue

Espected sir,

I J.MUKESH an nattive of trimulgherry secunderabad had applied for passport on [11- march ] my file no HYD-H007444-11 and police verification was completed and status showed as " dispatch date on 16- june - 2011" and since 23 rd june status shows "due to unavoidable circumstances the issue of passport was delayed and will now be dispatched in a week's tym" and yet upto today 25 - july i havent received my pass port and i need bit urgent since i have to appear for my GRE exam.
