I had visited hill station of MP "Panchmadi" for two days in this peak seasion. And i statyed in the MP tourism hotel "HOTEL HIGHLANDS" and such problem i faced over there.
1. As the MP tourism is charging for staying in hotel is too high. I booked form internet and paid 1908 with peak seasion tax and all then too i paid more 10 % tax.
2. I booked AC room and got it but hotel staff gave me small room heater insted of big room heater.
3. The behavier of reception manager was too bad. They were treating like i am staying in hotel with no payment.
4. The food was too costly and quantity was very short.
