Illegal charges of parking by attendants

This complaint is regarding the MCD authorized parking attendants at Kalra Hospital (old building), Kirti Nagar. I park my car in front of kalra hospital (old building) at the MCD parking and the attendant at the MCD parkin area charge Rs. 20 for the parking, but the actual rate written on the parking slip by MCD is Rs. 10.

I request the concerned authorised to look into the matter.
