Not getting gas cylinde

I booked gas for home delivery on09/11/09 but till today 03/02/10 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My Gas Agency Distributor code is 13030300

i know gas lot is comming regularly but they having black marketing here... please help us...
